Service Guarantee
for all of our services
It is our goal that every guest walks out the door feeling nothing less than Photo Ready. We are willing to go above and beyond to make this happen.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 48-hour notice for appointment cancellation or service(s) modification. Cancellations with less than 48 Hours’ Notice, will incur a 50% charge for scheduled service(s) and 100% for No Show. Late cancellation charges will be applied to the card on file. Failed processing will restrict future appointments. Repetitive cancellations will require a Non-refundable or Non-transferable deposit for future scheduling.
Late Policy
We adhere to a 15- minute late policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment and have failed to contact the salon appointment will be canceled. Appointments cancelled late will incur 50% charge of scheduled services(s) fee. Late Cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Failed process payment will restrict future appointment scheduling.
No Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the scheduled appointment without communication is considered a No Show. No Show appointments will incur a 100% charge for scheduled service(s). No Show fee will be charged to the card on file. Payment must process to ensure future appointment booking is allowed.
Children
Deposits Policy
All services require a 50% Deposit at the time of scheduling. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, and cannot be applied to Other Persons, Retail items, or credited to rescheduled appointments noncompliant with the Photo Ready Salon Cancellation policy.
Deposit Transfers are permitted for rescheduling appointments for services of equal or greater value only. Rescheduled appointments must be booked within a 14-day grace period from the original cancellation date and must comply with the salon’s cancellation policy.

In Person & Online Booking
In Person and Online booking is available for appointment Scheduling, Modification, Cancellations, and Account Updates. All bookings and appointments require a 50% deposit of scheduled service(s). Customers not in compliance with policies and repetitive scheduling errors will be restricted from In person and Online booking.
We accept cash, and credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Refunds and Returns
We do not offer refunds on services and/or deposits and gratuities. If unsatisfied with service, we allow a 24 hour grace period to contact the salon to remedy. Redo’s are prohibited Friday and Saturday. Redo must be completed within 10 business days of the original service date.* Visiting clients from out-of-state redo windows will be accommodated per travel availability but cannot exceed 60 days past the original service date. Used products are non-refundable, and unused products are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Finale sale on all Promotional items, Sales items, and Hair extensions.
Pricing
Pricing is based on Time, Hair Length, Hair Density, and Product used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to increase if additional time or product is needed to accommodate your hair needs.
Loss and Damage
Photo Ready Salon is not responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles.
