Consultations are required for specialty services only.  Specialty services are services requiring four or more reserved scheduled hours. Examples of these extended services are  Hair Straightening Smoothing Treatments, Hair Color Applications , and Extension services. Consultations are a prepaid service and non refundable. Payment is credited to the specialty service balance only. Payment  is not transferable to non specialty services, retail, and to other persons, or credited to rescheduled appointments non compliant with cancellation policy. Hair must be free of any restrictions, i.e. extensions, braids, ponytails, and hats during consultation.
